ABOUT ME
I’m Rosalind, a UKCP-registered trainee psychotherapist in advanced clinical training at Metanoia Institute. I work with care, clarity, and respect to help clients understand their patterns, heal past experiences, and move toward meaningful, authentic change.
BACKGROUND
I am a UKCP-registered trainee psychotherapist in my final year of advanced clinical studies in Transactional Analysis. I also hold a Masters in Psychology and am an accredited member of the British Psychological Society.

Transactional Analysis offers a clear and compassionate way of understanding the patterns we develop in response to early experiences — patterns that can later limit how we think, feel, and relate. In therapy, we explore these themes together, bringing awareness to the beliefs and behaviours that may be keeping you stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected.

My approach is collaborative and deeply respectful. I work with individuals and couples to make sense of emotional struggles, past experiences, and repeating relational dynamics. As awareness grows, so does the possibility for choice, allowing you to respond more freely, build deeper connection, and move toward a greater sense of autonomy and fulfilment.

Whether you arrive with anxiety, low mood, relational difficulties, trauma, or a deeper sense that something in your life needs attention, we work together to understand what is happening beneath the surface and what you need to move forward.
My commitment is to accompany you in a way that honours your individuality, your strengths, and your lived experience. I believe that therapy is not about becoming someone new, but about discovering and reconnecting with parts of yourself that may have been overlooked or constrained.
In our work together, my hope is that you feel supported to explore, understand, and ultimately transform the areas of your life where greater freedom, authenticity, or connection is possible.

Being based in Henley-on-Thames at the convergence of Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire, I am easily accessible to the broader Thames Valley region.
